IRWELL RESIDENCES
High-end residential interior fit-out covering master bedroom and bathroom with dark marble wet areas, frameless glass showers, backlit niches, wall-hung WC, floating vanity with vessel basin, full-height timber veneer doors and wall panels, decorative lattice screens, LED-lit display shelving with stone accents, fluted feature wall with pendant light, cove lighting, and concealed wardrobe storage.
Challenge:
Needed to achieve a seamless luxury finish across contrasting materials like dark timber, marble, and metal while integrating MEP services, storage, and lighting within a compact apartment layout.
Solution:
Used precision-aligned custom joinery with concealed hinges, integrated LED strips, and semi-open partitions to create visual continuity, maximize storage, and maintain a calm, hotel-like atmosphere.
